According to idealista, the average price of housing in Spain in August was 1,825 €/m2, which means a depreciation of - 0.1 % compared to July and + 5.2 % in year-on-year rate.
For Fotocasa the average price in August reached 1,890.00 €/m2 with an annual variation of +0.70%.
For Pisos.com housing has reached 1,853 euros per square metre with a year-on-year rate of only +
1,83%.

The data is extracted by computing the 1,276 active properties (963 homes) that our group of agencies has had for sale throughout the month of reference. From the sample, all those properties whose asking price exceeded 1,500,000 euros have been excluded in order to achieve a better analysis of the average price variation.
